Privacy policy

This explains what Unlimited Golf collects when you use Mr. Unlimited or this website, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your number and messages. Your phone number and the texts you exchange with Mr. Unlimited, so it can answer you and remember the conversation.
Your sign-up profile. Your name and the golf profile you choose to give (skill, areas, when you like to play, group style), and each consent you agree to, with its exact wording.
Bookings. The tee times you search for, book and cancel.
Logins you connect. If you connect an account at a course’s booking system, your username and password for it, stored encrypted and used only to search, book and cancel for you. The password is never shown to anyone, including the AI.
Your Link wallet, if you connect it. The access tokens Link gives us, stored encrypted, and the email on your Link account. When a course charges something online at booking, Link gives us a one-time card for that charge only, after you approve it in Link. We pass it straight to the course’s booking system and never store it. Your own card details stay with Link.
Matches. Who you were introduced to, your answers, and your “play with them again?” replies, blocks and reports.
Website use. Anonymous page-view counts from our sign-up pages (no ad trackers and no cross-site tracking).

To find and make the bookings you ask for, and to send the confirmations and reminders that go with them.
To introduce you to golfers, if you opted in. Other golfers see your first name, last initial, skill and style, and your number only when both sides say yes.
To keep the service safe, including reviewing reports and preventing abuse.

We don’t sell your information and we don’t use it for advertising.

We share information only as needed to run the service:

golf courses and their booking systems: your name, email and phone number, for the bookings you confirm;
Stripe, which handles card payments, including Link, its wallet (we never store your card number);
Anthropic, whose AI models write Mr. Unlimited’s replies;
our hosting, database and messaging providers (Vercel, Neon, DigitalOcean and our iMessage provider);
authorities, when the law requires it.

Text “forget my login” to delete a connected booking login, or “disconnect my Link wallet” to remove your wallet.
Tell Mr. Unlimited to stop texting you first, or to take you out of matchmaking, at any time.
Email arthur@getunlimited.golf to see, correct or delete your information. We’ll delete your account and profile, keeping only the booking and payment records we must keep by law.

Data is encrypted in transit, connected logins and Link tokens are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to what running the service needs.

Mr. Unlimited is for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
