Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Mr. Unlimited, the texting service run by Unlimited Golf (Brooklyn, New York), and this website. By signing up or texting Mr. Unlimited you agree to them.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and use your own phone number.
What Mr. Unlimited does
- It searches tee times at golf courses and books the one you choose, either directly in a partner course’s tee sheet or on your own account in a course’s online booking system.
- It books only after you reply YES to a confirmation that states the course, date, time, number of players and price. That YES is your instruction to book.
- Unlimited Golf is independent. We aren’t affiliated with, or endorsed by, the courses or the booking systems we book through.
- It can introduce you to other golfers to fill a group, if you opt in. It shares your number only when both sides agree to a match.
Your bookings
- Each booking is with the course. The course sets the price, its payment rules, and its cancellation, rain and no-show policies, and you agree to follow them.
- Mr. Unlimited relays course information as it receives it. Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed.
- If you connect an account at a course’s booking system, you allow Mr. Unlimited to sign in to it to search and make the bookings you confirm. You can remove that access at any time by texting “forget my login”.
Payments
Mr. Unlimited is free for golfers, and Unlimited Golf adds no fee of its own. Many courses charge something online when you book, such as a booking fee, a deposit or the full green fee. Any amount due at booking is in the confirmation you reply YES to, and nothing else is charged without your agreement. For outside courses that amount is paid from your own Link wallet (from Stripe), and you approve each charge in Link before anything is booked. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and we never store your card number. See refunds and cancellations.
Playing with other golfers
Be honest in your profile and respectful to the people you’re matched with. You can block or report anyone by text. We may pause or remove anyone who is reported, misuses the service, or breaks these terms. We don’t run background checks, so use your own judgment when meeting people.
Texts
Mr. Unlimited replies when you text it, and sends the confirmations and updates that go with your bookings and matches. If you opted in, it may also text you first about a strong match, at most once a week and never between 9 PM and 8 AM. Tell Mr. Unlimited to stop texting you first at any time, or email us. Your carrier’s message rates may apply.
The service is provided as is
We work to get every booking right, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Unlimited Golf’s total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid through us for the booking involved, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can’t be waived.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
